Customized Cold Rolled Steel Drive-In Pallet Racking System

Product Description

Drive-in Racking Details

Drive-in racking is a type of warehouse storage system designed to maximize space utilization by allowing forklifts to enter the storage aisles and operate within the rack structure. This system is characterized by a series of deep lanes where pallets are stored in a last-in, first-out (LIFO) configuration.

Key features of drive-in racking include high-density storage, as pallets are stored in close proximity to each other, and a focus on storing a large quantity of homogeneous products. This system is suitable for items with a low turnover rate, as it may take more time to access specific pallets due to the LIFO configuration.

Drive-in racking is a cost-effective solution for warehouses with a large volume of pallets of the same SKU (stock-keeping unit) and limited space, as it minimizes the need for multiple aisles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in warehouse racks, supermarket shelves, and kinds of display stands since 2001.
Could you produce according to the customer's design?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves. Floor plan / 3D drawings can be provided by our experienced engineering team. We guarantee easy graphic integration and modular construction.
Could I order products in a special size and color?
Of course. Custom-size and custom-color requests are always welcome to suit your specific storage layout requirements.
What is your delivery time?
In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our MOQ is 10 sets. A higher quantity will come with a better and more competitive price.
What is the difference between the main rack and the add-on rack?
The main difference is the number of uprights. The main rack is the starter rack that has 2 upright frames. The add-on rack is an extension rack that connects directly to the main rack, requiring only 1 upright frame. For example, if you place 15 connected wall racks against a wall, the setup will consist of 1 main rack + 14 add-on racks.
